Can I Work?2026 benefits & work rules — every number dated & sourced

Terms of Use

Effective date: July 20, 2026

1. What This Site Is — and Is Not

This site provides general educational information about published federal benefit rules, and a calculator that applies those published rules to numbers you enter. It is operated by Bee Tree Holdings LLC ("BTH").

This site does not provide legal, financial, tax, or benefits advice. Nothing on this site creates a professional or advisory relationship. The Social Security Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and state agencies make all actual benefit determinations — this site's output is an explanation of published rules, never a prediction or guarantee of what any agency will decide in your case.

2. Accuracy and Its Limits

We work hard to keep every figure current and cite its official source with the date we verified it. But rules change, individual circumstances differ in ways a calculator cannot capture, and errors are possible despite our verification process. Before making any decision that affects your benefits — especially a work decision — confirm the rules with SSA, the VA, or a qualified benefits counselor (SSA-funded WIPA counselors are free: ssa.gov/work/WIPA).

3. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTH is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or reliance on its content, including benefit reductions, overpayment demands, or eligibility decisions by any agency. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Acceptable Use

You may link to, cite, and quote this site with attribution. You may not scrape at abusive rates, misrepresent this site's output as an official agency determination, or republish our content wholesale without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

Site content © Bee Tree Holdings LLC. The underlying federal rules and figures are public information; our presentation, verification annotations, and tools are ours.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law, Venue & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from this site or these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York State, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Questions: btreeholdings@gmail.com.

8. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
